About the Position

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit with a standard patient ratio of 4:1, occasionally 5:1
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start (two attempts permitted; not multiple choice)

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience within the past 3 years
• Strong cardiac assessment and rhythm interpretation skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity telemetry patient populations
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia recognition
