Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

What You'll DoLead & Develop Your Team

• Lead from the floor and set the standard for professionalism, hospitality, teamwork, urgency, and accountability.
• Build a positive, disciplined, and high-performing restaurant culture.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold team members accountable.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain a strong Front of House and Heart of House team.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Communicate expectations and priorities clearly and consistently.

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality

• Create an environment where every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
• Maintain an active presence in the dining room and build relationships with our guests.
• Model personalized hospitality and look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.
• Ensure food, beverages, service, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance consistently meet Bosphorous standards.

Operate a Great Restaurant

• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for every shift.
• Maintain exceptional standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
• Execute company operating systems and standards consistently.
• Anticipate operational challenges and solve problems before they affect our guests or team.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, labor, food and beverage costs, and other controllable expenses.
• Drive sales, guest counts, productivity, and profitability without compromising hospitality.
• Take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance and results.

Restaurant management requires schedule flexibility, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.

Requirements:Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience , preferably in a full-service, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold restaurant teams accountable to high performance standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, purchasing, food and beverage costs, and controllable expenses.
• Ability to understand restaurant financial performance and use operational results to make effective business decisions.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and decisive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible restaurant management schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of restaurant management, including standing and walking for extended periods and performing reasonable restaurant-related physical tasks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete a thorough pre-employment background check , conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Must meet any applicable age, certification, licensing, or training requirements associated with food and alcoholic beverage service.
