We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry.The impact you’ll makeWithin the Global Products Group, the Product Regulatory Compliance Organization is dedicated to the successful implementation and control of restricted materials, regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, and sustainability requirements across Lam’s product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.As a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you will lead cross-functional regulatory compliance programs from initiation through delivery. You will directly contribute to ensuring Lam delivers compliant products globally, reduces regulatory and business risk, and supports customer and sustainability commitments through disciplined execution, governance, and traceability.What you’ll doLead end-to-end execution of global product regulatory compliance programsTranslate regulatory and sustainability requirements into actionable technical execution plansPartner with Engineering, Software & Controls, Product Safety, Sustainability SMEs, IT, EHS, Trade, Analytics, and LegalIntegrate regulatory and sustainability requirements into Product Development & Release (PDR) and eDMS workflowsSupport sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, and customer inquiriesPerform data collection, analysis, and dashboard reporting to support compliance programsIdentify risks, dependencies, and gaps; drive mitigation and escalationLead change management to ensure long-term adoption of compliance controlsWho we’re looking forBachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or equivalent experience6+ years of technical program management or continuous improvement experienceExperience leading cross-functional programs in regulated environmentsStrong executive communication and stakeholder influence skillsAbility to read and interpret regulatory texts and convert them into technical executionPreferred qualificationsExperience supporting Product Regulatory Compliance, Product Safety, or Sustainability programsSemiconductor or advanced manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with Product Development & Release (PDR) processesExperience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or formal project management methodologiesExperience leveraging automation or AI for process optimizationExposure to cybersecurity or software-related regulatory requirementsOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.SalaryCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $104,000.00 - $231,000.00.The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
