- Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, business performance, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business planning initiatives.
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risk strategies.
- Support operational leaders with cost optimization, pricing analysis, and profitability initiatives.
- Evaluate capital investments, automation opportunities, and strategic business initiatives.
- Maintain strong banking relationships, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Provide executive-level financial insights across multi-site domestic and international operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or divisional finance leader required.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site and international operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence executives, and drive strategic initiatives.
