We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Driver - Shuttle.

This role will transport and deliver products, loose or packed, by driving a gasoline or diesel powered tractor trailer combination.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive semi-truck & trailer to destination.
• Inspect tractor and trailer for defects before and after trips and submit reports indicating truck and trailer conditions.
• Maintain driver log according to ICC regulations.
• Drive Yard Mule as needed.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Meet or exceed delivery productivity.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Attend Company Safety Training as directed.
• Ensure loads are properly blocked and braced
• Ensure tractor and trailer are properly inspected and have all required documentation and certifications for DOT compliance.
• Be Flexible with work schedule. Must be able to adapt or change work schedule based on company needs with short notice.
• Having customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Good Communication skills, verbal and written.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Take responsibility for work and actions.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Great work ethic.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One (1) year semi-truck & trailer driving experience.
• Certifications: CDL license.
• English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math skills: Basic math skills.
• Work environment: Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months; cold in winter months.
