CT Tech Radiology / Cardiology CT Tech13 weeks Night 12 hours Minimum of 1 year experience required Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, CT Must-Have: Candidates must be open to all shift times. Self-scheduling based on seniority. Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. Description: Responsible for performing CT scans on patients. Must assist with both inpatient and outpatient cases. The department primarily handles emergent cases. The work environment is very busy with a high volume of patients. Technologists are encouraged to assist with transport when necessary. Experience with preparation and administration of contrast media is essential. Familiarity with radiation safety practices is required. Working knowledge of various CT procedures, including abdomen, chest, and vascular studies is necessary. Ability to navigate electronic charting systems is required. Maintaining a patient-centric approach while performing duties is crucial.
