• Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

• Implement therapeutic interventions and programs to improve patient function, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program

• Completed certification exam (COTA)

• At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy or a related field (0 years of experience considered)
