We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caregivers. As a home care provider, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized services that empower seniors and individuals in need to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
As an HHA/CNA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and medication management.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
You will maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Ability to lift, bend, and move safely in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
