Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wilmington, NC.

• Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers
• Place outgoing calls to confirm patient orders
• Send and respond to emails and text messages
• Navigate patient accounts in our online software
• Must be able to multitask
• Must have great attention to detail
• Must have confidence using computers all day
• DME experience a huge plus, but not necessary
• Medical terminology/office experience is a plus
• Must have HS diploma and at least some College is preferred
• Looking for someone willing to work and eager to learn
