Our services include: Direct ABA Therapy — Home, Clinic, or Hybrid Speech Therapy Parent Training and Support Individualized Treatment Planning Services Across Multiple Locations Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is based in Virginia, United States, with a combination of on-site work at the Autism Reimagined Center and some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design data-driven behavior intervention programs for autistic clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians and therapists, monitoring treatment fidelity, and analyzing data to adjust interventions. The BCBA will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, provide parent and caregiver education, and participate in team meetings to review client progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and contributing to ongoing program development. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans. Experience in Psychology and Behavior Management, including functional assessments, data analysis, and behavior support strategies in clinical or educational settings. Demonstrated skills in Parent Education, with the capacity to coach caregivers on implementing interventions and supporting generalization of skills at home. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines; eligibility for or possession of applicable state licensure in Virginia. Experience working with autistic individuals across a range of ages and support needs, preferably in multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in using data collection and practice management software. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse professionals and families, demonstrating cultural humility and respect for individual differences. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field; experience supervising behavior technicians or therapists is preferred.
