House Managers In Training
We are seeking a House Managers In Training to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale.
Working Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday:
Tuesday-Friday: 1:00PM-10:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Sunday-Thursday:
Sunday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Monday-Thursday: 1:00PM-10:00PM
Duties And Obligations
- Learn the duties and obligations of the house manager role.
- Maintain a safe, productive, pleasant, and joyful environment for children living within group homes.
- Implement, monitor, and document the daily schedule, interactions, and positive behavioral management techniques.
- Facilitate therapeutic, recreational, and social skills.
- Manage and supervise staff and resources.
- Adhere to agency standards of practice for clients, staff, and the public.
Salary:
55K-60K per year
Requirements
- Must have at least six months paid childcare experience and at least 3 1/2 years of any combination of the following:
- 1. Paid child care or related experience; or 2. Post-high school education in social work or a related field.
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
