HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER

Human Resources (HR) Manager Global Manufacturing company in the Indianapolis area is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR at a non-union, manufacturing plant with over 1,000 staff. This facility is a relatively new operation equipped with state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing equipment and is expanding rapidly. Base pay range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience). Location: Indianapolis, IN Responsibilities: Oversee staffing for 10+ HR Generalists & support staff, ensuring alignment of human resources policies and procedures with company goals. Design and implement onboarding and training programs to integrate employees into company culture and operations. Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and resolution of workplace conflicts. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration. Other HR functions, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR strategy development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10–20 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial/warehouse environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership ability with strategic, tactical, and day‑to‑day HR decision‑making experience.
