Services include the following modules: Human Resources (HR), Time and Labor, Benefits, Active and Retiree Payroll, Customer Response Management (CRM) and Pension. The individual in this role will review and establish system and business priorities to address user related HCM issues and requests, as well as work directly with the technical services team to ensure system reliability, execution of key business functions and accuracy of ERP data and processes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - SPECIAL EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years of the General Experience must have been in a lead capacity. NOTE: For state employees this experience is interpreted at the level of an Information Technology Analyst 3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWEDCollege training in management information systems, computer science or an information technology related area may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.A Master's degree in management information systems, computer science or electrical engineering may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
