RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate RN for our long-term care team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to medically complex and chronically ill residents, including assessments, care planning, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring changes in condition. The nurse will coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to support whole-person wellbeing aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven model. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation, educating residents and families, and supporting quality and safety initiatives for underserved communities.
