About Us

Rosenberg Maternal Fetal Medicine is a growing Maternal Fetal Medicine practice dedicated to providing advanced prenatal care in a compassionate, patient-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated sonographer to join our Suffern office.

Position Summary

The MFM Sonographer will perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations while working closely with our Maternal Fetal Medicine physician and clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a specialized setting focused on high-risk pregnancies and advanced fetal imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations including:
  • First trimester viability and dating scans
  • Nuchal translucency (NT) studies
  • Detailed fetal anatomy surveys
  • Growth ultrasounds
  • Biophysical profiles (BPP)
  • Doppler studies including umbilical artery and MCA Dopplers
• Accurately document findings and measurements
• Prepare studies for physician review
• Maintain patient comfort and provide compassionate care
• Ensure equipment quality control and adherence to practice protocols
• Collaborate with providers and office staff to maintain efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• RDMS certification required
• OB/GYN specialty certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of obstetric ultrasound experience preferred
• Experience with high-risk obstetrics and MFM imaging preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of AIUM guidelines and ultrasound best practices

Schedule

• Tuesday - 11am until 7pm
• Wednesday - 9am until 5pm
• Friday - 8am until 3pm
