Lead HVAC Installer The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in fun positions Preferred Job Requirements Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and Positive attitude 5 years of Experience in Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record Able to lift up to 60 lbs. Be a Superstar (yourself) Pay $25-$30 per hour with a 100k or more earning potential through monthly bonuses and performance pay.
