- Responsible for assisting with truck loading/unloading and storage operations.
- Assist management team with operational activities associated with the storage and moving of seed.
- Previous experience with skid steer loader and/or pay loader.
- Perform and follow all safety procedures outlined in company written procedures.
- Work cooperatively with management team and co-workers.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

- Commitment goals of achieving a zero injury culture, understand and follow company procedures.
- Ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Exhibit prompt and regular attendance.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Willing to work shift with variable start time, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed during seed and harvest seasons. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed. Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitude
