Description:

Provide diagnostic services by performing ultrasound procedures at Rehabilitation Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities and Correctional Institutions.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program.

2. Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), or CCI (Cardiovascular

Credentialing International) in the specialty(ies) as appropriate.

3. Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty(ies) as appropriate.
