DPP is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team! Roles and responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the market
• Pipeline Management: Build strong pipelines of candidates based on client's most common requests
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate's technical experience, selecting the best match for our clients
• Candidate Submittal: Format resume and submittal package to highlight candidate's top skills for client to review
• Recruitment Metrics: Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals to open jobs
• Interview Preparation: Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by client
• Program Compliance: Adhere to maximum bill rates and/or markups defined by the client program
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of Technical/IT or Aerospace/Engineering recruiting experience
• Interest in challenging yourself to grow/develop with a collaborative team
• Passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience supporting MSP programs desired but not required

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonus.
