Job Description

Join a dynamic team that manufactures ink for various industries. As a General Production Worker, you will operate machinery to fill and seal containers with ink and assist in the Production department as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to fill and seal ink containers.
• Assist in the Shipping/Receiving department as necessary.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in packaging and warehouse duties.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working with substances such as solvents, resins, alcohol, lubricants, and dyes.
• Ability to work independently following written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating general office equipment such as telephones, copiers, faxes, and computers.

Work Environment

Work in a small warehouse/production environment with a team of 5-10 people. Expect an ink-scented atmosphere and occasional ink contact on clothing. Uniforms and steel-toed shoes are provided. The facility can become warm in the summer, with fans and air exchangers to moderate temperatures. The shift runs from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime. Flexibility to adjust work hours during hot days is appreciated. Enjoy a laid-back, team-oriented environment where collaboration and individual contribution are valued.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Lake Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
