Lead Application Developer

Identify and solve inevitable challenges, seeking solutions. Participate in relevant aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with internal clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures to meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables and review system, software, and functional design specifications. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus seven (7) years of related experience. Master's degree accepted with five (5) years of related experience. Five (5) years of experience in z/OS mainframe environment, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, QMF, CICS, Control‑M/Jobtrac/CA7, ChangeMan/Endevor, INSYNC, ISPF/PDF, AGILE/Scrum, FTP, and NDM/Connect:Direct.
