Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Factory Operations Director to oversee manufacturing processes at our facility in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and maximizing productivity.ResponsibilitiesThe Factory Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to streamline production, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met.
