White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers! Overview Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. They will join a Certified Great Place to Work® where day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more. Responsibilities Organize shifts and manage scheduling. Handle cash and operate cash register and drive‑thru. Manage inventory and maintain stock levels. Oversee customer service and ensure satisfaction. Motivate and lead team members. Prepare and serve orders. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards. Operate fryer/griddle and kitchen equipment. Qualifications Previous food service or management experience. Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills. Reliability, responsibility and trustworthiness. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Understanding of sanitation and safety regulations.
