Accounts Payable AssistantWe are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support an accounting team in Columbus, OH. This contract-to-hire opportunity will focus primarily on invoice processing and vendor maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow their experience within accounts payable and accounting.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter accounts payable invoices accurately and efficientlyReview invoices for completeness and assist with resolving discrepanciesSupport vendor maintenance, including new vendor setup and updates to existing vendor informationMaintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentationRespond to internal and vendor inquiries related to invoices or account informationQualificationsAt least one year of previous accounts payable, accounting, or data-entry experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsStrong organizational and time-management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsInterested in a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employmentPay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
