This role involves working in an acute care setting on 7 West, providing high-level nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide exceptional nursing care for patients in a 32-bed unit, including a 12-bed stepdown area
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips in coordination with telemetry monitor techs
• Administer and titrate drips as needed in the stepdown unit
• Work collaboratively with charge nurses and house supervisors
• Adapt to floating requirements to support various floor and stepdown units
• Participate in unit and division-specific orientations as required

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Valid RN license (willing to wait for approval)
• BLS Certification
• Experience with telemetry and ability to read strips
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
