Experience Level: - Preferred experience level is 1 to 7 years in customer service or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage inquiries efficiently.
