As Director of Accounting, you'll help build a scalable finance function, strengthen internal controls, and partner closely with executive leadership to support continued growth. What You'll Do Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. Oversee GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations. Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and maintain audit readiness. Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and reporting. Lead and develop the accounting team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Support board reporting, lender compliance, KPI reporting, and finance transformation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. Experience building scalable accounting processes in a growing organization. Preferred: CPA. Public accounting background. Private equity experience. Multi-location, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or field services experience.
