Store Manager – Panda Restaurant Group Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead the operations of a single location. You will hire, manage and develop associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, cash handling and compliance. Hire, train, coach and evaluate associates to build a high‑performing team. Achieve and exceed financial and customer service targets. Lead an 8+ week store leadership training program. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required. Benefits Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities. Free meals while working at Panda.
