Chick-fil-A is looking for dependable, hard-working Team Members who take pride in delivering high-quality food and supporting a high-performing kitchen team. As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help prepare food, maintain kitchen operations, and play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.
Whether you have previous kitchen, restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience or are just getting started we provide paid training, leadership development, and opportunities for long-term growth within Chick-fil-A.

What You'll Do
- Prepare hot and cold food menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Assist with dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant maintenance
- Learn Front of House and Back of House restaurant positions
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A operational standards
- Support the kitchen team in delivering fast, accurate, high-quality service
Shift Availability
- Opener/Day Shift: 6/ 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (or later if desired)
- Closing Shift: 2/3/4/5:00 pm (or earlier if desired) - Close
- Must have Saturday availability
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 16 years old or older
- No experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and hard-working
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
