Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Box Slitter Associate

Job Description

This role supports a downtown warehouse operation by bundling and folding boxes, picking custom orders, and operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safe forklift operation, and meeting tight shipping deadlines are critical to success.

Pay: $18.00 – $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and reliability

• Track and manage inventory by labeling and recording items

• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift experience preferred

• Forklift certification is a plus (but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle physical tasks and operate equipment safely

• Experience with additional warehouse machinery is a bonus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
