Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and monitor for adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety and ALARA practices. Calibrate, operate, and perform basic quality control on gamma cameras and related imaging equipment. Prepare and maintain accurate procedure notes, imaging reports, and patient records in the appropriate systems. Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality patient care and imaging results. Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy guidelines in a hospital setting.
