Emergency Department Registered Nurse - Night Shift Location New York State, Harris, NY 12742 Assignment Duration This is a 13‑week contract position. Schedule 12‑Hour Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM. Includes weekends and holidays as needed. Job Description As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to patients of all ages in a fast‑paced environment. You will work in a designated Stroke Center, managing patients with a variety of emergency conditions. Responsibilities Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency department. Administering medications and performing interventions as needed. Monitoring vital signs and patient status, including reading strips and managing vents. Collaborating with healthcare teams, including hospitalists and charge nurses. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
