Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Sikeston, MO (Outpatient Clinic & Area Schools)

Schedule : Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Summer Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Fridays Off

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. The therapist will provide services in both an outpatient pediatric clinic and area schools, requiring travel between locations. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations using standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as appropriate.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve developmental goals.
