Customer Sales Representative

Total Wireless - Growth Wireless | Full time Assist customers with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories Activate new lines, upgrades, and account changes Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs Meet individual and store sales targets Process customer transactions accurately Maintain accurate customer records Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro, Verizon, etc.) is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
