Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose and repair major household appliances.

Research parts required to complete repair and update service orders.

Work with your service team members to schedule and complete service orders.

Maintain service and vehicle records

Keep the company service van stocked with parts etc..

Participate in training updates. (On and Offsite).

Qualifications:

Experience in home appliance repair

A valid driver’s license and can meet insurability requirements

Able to lift and maneuverer appliances 50+ lbs

Must pass a background check

Must pass a drug test

Neat and clean appearance

Fully experienced in all types of Major Appliance technical repair including refrigeration.

Ability to navigate computers and tablet based technology.
