Supports and or leads Clinical Managers/CM to meet performance expectations to include the direct participation of CM duties. Monitors agency key metrics as outlined by HHD and collaborates to address variations and opportunities. Reports on operational, clinical, and quality performance. May conduct field related supervised visits of personal, patient visits and client visits. What qualifications you will need: Drivers License (RN) Registered Nurse 5 years in healthcare administration or 3 years of management experience in Home Health care or related health programs.
