Location: Coppell, TX
1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a Packer in Coppell, TX, to join a paper packaging company. This role involves packing paper bags and food wraps, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean work environment. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain manufacturing experience and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Pack paper bags and sheets into cartons according to specifications
• Read job pockets for carton labels and instructions
• Inspect bags for defects during packing
• Keep pace with machine operation and maintain accurate counts
• Perform daily cleanup of the work area

What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Basic math skills for counting and measurements
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Fast-paced packing
