CT Technologist skills assessment
Annual TB questionnaire
Employee medical history form
Drug screen
Flu vaccine
Hepatitis B vaccine
MMR vaccine
Tdap vaccine
Varicella vaccine
Positive TB chest X-ray (if applicable)
TB Test/PPD

Description:

The position requires expertise in operating a CT scanner. Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient care is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in CT imaging techniques. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Exceptional communication skills are needed for patient interaction. Attention to detail is critical for image quality and safety. The technologist will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Continuing education and competency validation is encouraged and may be required. Candidates must maintain current licensure and certifications.
