Role Overview We seek a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our innovative, expanding, solution‑based construction management firm. Your Role Compliance & Safety: Ensure a safe job site, promote a culture of safety and conduct regular inspections. Ensure all projects meet OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. Schedule Master: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedule, ensure timely completion. Organization and forecasting that align with means and methods for accurate sequencing. Submittal Manager: Oversee submittal process using Procore, work with trade partners and vendors to ensure submittals meet client expectations. QPR Procurement Manager: Manage procurement processes through the lenses of quality, price, and relationships. Coordinate deliveries, maintain project budgets, mitigate risks and communicate with clients about project progression. Customer Satisfaction: Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a positive experience. LMA Leader: Lead, manage, and hold team accountable to deliver high quality work and achieve project goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. Unique skills and qualities, often honed during military service preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced in prior work experience. 3+ years’ experience in project management or similarly related transferrable skills. Ability to consistently analyze and execute financial & operational tradeoffs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity as evidenced in prior work experience. Excellent business judgment as demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and a strong reputation with clients and business partners.
