About the Role:
Join "We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym" this summer for an exciting opportunity tailored for college students! Gain valuable experience while contributing to our dynamic team in Lawndale, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Working with children with special needs.
- Doing art & craft activities with children.
- Changing diapers, and feeding children.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participating in daily cleaning and sanitizing of the facility.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university programs related to children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and being patient.
- Must go under back ground check.
- Previous internship or work experience with children is a plus.
- Must be available for the entire summer term.
