Director of Nursing

• At Home Senior Living of Thomson is hiring a Resident Service Director

Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors? We are looking for an **LPN or RN** to lead our Resident Care Department and help ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a warm, welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead, organize, and oversee the Resident Care Department
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and community regulations
• Oversee medication management, physician orders, appointments, care plans, and resident services
• Develop and manage team schedules and daily assignments
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Resident Care team members
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions and documentation
• Oversee incident reporting, infection control, skin care, and quality assurance
• Coordinate resident moveins, transfers, and moveouts
• Participate in surveys, care plan meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide handson nursing care and support to residents as needed
• Partner with the Community President and leadership team to continuously improve resident care and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Active LPN or RN license required
• Minimum 12 years of experience as a nurse leader in an assisted living community
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problemsolving skills
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and resident care standards
• A compassionate, teamoriented approach
• Someone who leads by example and genuinely enjoys working with seniors
