• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections with confidence

Sales Performance

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Able to maintain consistent activity levels (calls, follow-ups, quotes, binders) in a remote environment
• Ability to multi-line all products.
• Understands value-based selling vs. price-based selling.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills
• Results-driven with personal accountability for production numbers

Client Experience & Retention

• Professional communicator (phone, text, email, virtual)
• Committed to a customer-first approach-conducts thought needs-based conversation and recommends appropriate coverage solutions that protect customers and their families
• Smooth onboarding process for new customers
• Consistently asks satisfied clients for Google reviews and referrals

Work Style & Environment

• Comfortable working independently

Preferred Background

• Prior insurance, financial services, or high-volume sales experience preferred
• State insurance licenses
• Experience in commission-based or performance-based roles is a plus
