Automotive Service Advisor

Central Florida Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Team. We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you’ll act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. Track the status of your customers’ repair orders during the day keeping the customer updated. Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand. Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity. Always maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities Shuttle customers as needed. Be a liaison between the service manager, parts personnel, technicians, and warranty administration. Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications. Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed. Other duties as assigned. Strive to meet management’s metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores J ob Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred. Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred. Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
