As a Sales Associate / Product Specialist at a Rohrman dealership, you'll be the face of our brand - guiding customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner - both in-person and digitally.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position including full time benefits
• Guaranteed salary of $1,000 per week
• Additional earning potential based on sales performance
• Weekly pay

• Retail sales schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• One day off during the week plus Sunday
• Flexible scheduling to support business needs and customer demand

Requirements

• A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to anyone.
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow earnings.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.
