You'll run commercial projects end-to-end across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors — and you'll do it with real autonomy. As we grow, the people who perform grow with us. What You'll Do: Own the full project lifecycle — preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout Serve as the primary owner-facing contact throughout the project Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes Lead RFI and submittal processes, change order negotiation, and cost reporting Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule and quality Uphold and model the firm's safety standards on every project Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business What We're Looking For: 5+ years of project management experience on the GC side of commercial construction Experience across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, or mixed-use project types Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction management tools Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset High integrity, humility, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Interested in hearing more?
