Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and maintain a trusting therapeutic alliance with patients, helping them feel safe and valued during sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues and identify appropriate treatment modalities.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, with ongoing adjustments based on their progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couples sessions, and group therapy when necessary to address various mental health concerns.

• Document therapy sessions and patient interactions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with Florida state regulations.
