Primary Skills: Requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories), Data Analysis & SQL, Any BA Tools (JIRA, Visio, Power BI) Basic Programming (Python/Java) Pharma Domain exp.
Job Description: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams. Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment across SDLC phases including design, development, testing, and deployment. Work with architects and developers to define system workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations. Support testing and validation by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and ensuring requirements traceability. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and manage requirement prioritization. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvements, automation, and optimization. Required Skills: Business Analysis, SDLC/Agile methodologies, Requirement Gathering & Documentation, SQL/Data Analysis, API & Integration knowledge, UML/Process Modeling, Stakeholder Management, Strong communication skills.
