Technicians act as customer‑facing brand ambassadors, treating lawns with top‑quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing shop work, and offering new services to customers and prospects while in the field. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality lawn care services to customers. Use environmentally sensitive products to treat lawns. Aerate and seed lawns. Perform shop work and other maintenance tasks. Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. Qualifications Strong work ethic. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation and good attendance record. Ability to operate machinery. Capacity to lift over 50 pounds. Good written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to meet production goals. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. Pay range: $18‑$24 per hour, with a two‑week trial period and subsequent raise based on performance. All Lawn Doctor locations are independently owned and operated.
