Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

MLR is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical RN to join our client's compassionate healthcare team near Santa Rosa, NM!

Required Qualifications for Registered Nurse:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Valid temporary or compact RN license to practice in New Mexico.
Current CPR certification or proof of active enrollment in a certification course.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

Deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
Stay informed about nursing best practices and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
