Construction Project Manager

Overview Construction Project Manager (Onsite – Haskell, TX) We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and technical expertise to successfully manage projects up to $15M. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of projects, including pre‑construction planning, scheduling, and execution Develop, review, and approve project budgets (labor, materials, subcontractors) Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships Oversee project financials to ensure profitability and positive cash flow Lead project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and accurate financial projections Evaluate construction methods, timelines, and resource allocation Approve subcontractor and supplier invoices Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce job site policies Maintain strong client relationships and identify future opportunities Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field resources Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience Minimum 5 years managing construction projects up to $15M Experience in Mechanical Construction, MEP, Commercial, Mission Critical, or Data Center projects Strong understanding of project lifecycle, including estimating, RFIs, change orders, and project engineering Ability to perform project risk analysis (e.g., SWOT) Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles Proven leadership and organizational skills in fast‑paced environments Experience with scheduling, logistics, and procurement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Office Suite Familiarity with AutoBid, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam (preferred) Work Environment Onsite role based in Haskell, Texas. A monthly per diem of $3,500 is provided for eligible candidates. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr.
